This program, for Harris County residents, addresses personal, educational, and social needs of young adults disconnected from education and committed to working together with their mentor to develop and achieve their goals.

A Mentorship Program
This program is open to all high school students currently enrolled in school. Mentees in the program make a one-year commitment to their assigned mentor to offer assistance with the varied aspects of choosing a career path, networking, college exploration, soft skills development, and learning how to execute an effective college or career plan.

Project GRAD and GRADcafé are services of The Tejano Center for Community Concerns. Established in 1992, the Tejano Center provides social, health, educational, economic, housing services and community institutions that empower families to transform their lives.
